OBJECTIVES

  • A. To minimise unit cost of water (FICT)
    B. To minimize cost of production (Production)
  • To increase revenue (FICT)
  • To reduce NRW (E&P)
  • To connect new water meter within 5 working days after payment of fees and satisfactory completion of internal plumbing (CS)
  • To investigate the abnormal bills within 2 working days (CS)
  • To do inspection of internal plumbing within 5 working days upon receipt of notification (CS)
  • To reconnect water meter which was disconnected due to non- payment within 24 hours after the payment of arrears and reconnection fee (CS)
  • To refund consumer deposit within 4 weeks upon receipt of the notice of termination of water supply (FICT)
  • To notify scheduled interruption of water supply at least 2 day in advance (Distribution)
  • (a) To restore water supply within 1 day upon receipt of report of pipe burst (Distribution)
    (b) To rectify communication pipe upon receipt of report from consumers/public within 3 days (Distribution).
  • To ensure feedback to the Application for Approval of (a) reticulation plans and (b) internal plumbing system be given within 6 weeks (E&P)
  • To work towards 100% conformance on the requirements of E- coli, Total Coliform and residue chlorine parameters (Production)
  • To make payment within 30 days upon receipt of invoices for goods and services satisfactorily rendered from suppliers (FICT)
  • To minimise the water supply interruption from the treatment plant (Production)
  • To minimise number of pipe burst (Distribution)
  • To reduce the number of nonconformity during QMS internal audits (Mgt)
  • To submit the Monthly Reports by end of the following month (FICT)
  • To organise training as per Annual Training Plan (HRAD)
  • To develop career development for relevant employees (HRAD)
  • To ensure safe working environment (Mgt)
