Safety and Health Policy

LAKU Management Sdn. Bhd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) is committed to the occupational safety and health of its employees, those contracted to perform work on behalf of the Company and visitors to the Company’s places of work. The Company will comply, as far as practicable, with provisions of the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994 (OSHA) together with other relevant legislations, regulations and codes of practices.  

The Management and staff will work together to achieve the following objectives:  

  • To develop safe methods of work.
  • To provide safe and healthy working environment.
  • To develop a systematic approach in risk management.
  • To provide appropriate training and disseminate relevant information.  

 

The Company is committed to consulting and co-operating with employees in a meaningful and effective manner on occupational safety and health issues with continuous improvement through the Safety and Health Committees.
