- All outstanding bills to be settled.
- The "Refund of Deposit Form" to be completed and deposit receipt to be submitted. If no receipt, consumer has to sign the letter of indemnity.
- The amount refunded shall be refunded by cheque or bank in directly into the consumer’s account within 4 weeks.
