• A letter requesting for reconnection/disconnection of water supply must be received from the consumer.
• For reconnection, consumer should fill in the "Reconnection Meter On Request".
• For disconnection, consumer should fill in the "Disconnection Meter On Request".

Collateral deposit (if not paid) shall be collected together with all outstanding fees.
