Other Useful Information


To notify LAKU if your monthly water bills are not received by the end of each month.

To pay your water bills promptly as water supply may be disconnected if bills remain unpaid after the due date and will only be reconnected after all outstanding bills together with a reconnection fee of RM 16.50 have been settled.  ( A collateral deposit will also be levied if such deposit had not been collected before).

To install a letter box for safe delivery of water bills.  Alternatively, request can be made for bills to be mailed to your home and that will cost RM 1.00 extra per month.

To pay all outstanding bills to avoid any inconvenience of water supply being disconnected.
No payment should be made to any LAKU employees or contractors.  All payment should be made at LAKU payment counters or any SBBS Counters.

To inform LAKU if your bill amount differs greatly from the previous month's amount.

LAKU is not responsible for repair work after the water meters.  Upon consumers' request or complaint, LAKU will send personnel to carry out inspection or investigation after the water meter, if deemed necessary. 
If you are unsure whether someone is a legitimate LAKU employee, ask for identification or call LAKU at 085-442000 (Miri), 086-318160(Bintulu) or 085-215633(Limbang) during office hours.   
Do not let anyone into your home until you have confirmed they are a LAKU employee through either photo Identity Card or Customer Service.  
Payments at Authorized Counters only
